Dr. J. Gary Dolinsky, Ph.D. is a clinical psychologist who specializes in active, short-term psychotherapy for adults, adolescents, couples and families. He has been incorporating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) in his practice since the early 1980’s and has completed advanced training in CBT at the Boston Institute for Cognitive-Behavior Therapies in 1990 and in a 2 year Fellowship at Cambridge Hospital/Harvard Medical School in Behavioral Medicine in 1997.
